Andrew Mangiapane isn’t making this team. He shouldn’t be anywhere near it. It doesn’t mean he’s not a good player.

He’s inarguably not one of the 14 best forwards in the country, and he’s not an injury or two away from being there either.

Kunitz made the team because he was Sid’s linemate and Babcock had trouble in 2010 finding the right guys to play with him. That’s all.

He might make Finland. He’s not making Canada.
I agree, I think it would be hard for him to make Canadas second team. I don't think I would put him in Canadas top 50 just yet. It was his hot start and what he did for Canada at the worlds in the summer.
