The dialogue and delivery style in Yorgos Lanthimos movies alone is such a bold choice that wins me over in its absurdity. 'Old' tried something similar but felt accidentally comedic to me instead.

It was an experience for sure... while I didn't hate it like OptimalTates did, I certainly admit I was a bit confused by it?
Its visually gorgeous however, and 'fever dream' is a good description.
I watched some explainer videos, which is a bit of a cop out I know, and plan to rewatch it with this background in mind.
I respect the vision of it, and found some part fantastic... but understand why some people don't like it.
