I got moved from hourly to salary but my pay is essentially the same each month.

However pension is way better, benefits slightly better, and a 10% bonus but it is not a guarantee.

I feel sort of let down given my new responsibilities but my overall compensation will be a bit higher. Just to add to the convo we pretty much get 2.5% increases every year.
