If you were working those hours anyways and work load didn’t change that’s a raise, if you weren’t already working 40 it’s not.
Do you have a professional organization that publishes pay guides? That’s a good metric to see if you are paid fairly.
If the title/experience is better and managing people is what you want to and in 6 months go shopping for a new role to be paid properly. Jobs are like cable companies, if your goal is to maximize salary you need to move every few years. Now if you like the company and management you can stay longer but in general it’s at the expense of salary.
Moving from 0 reports to multiple I would expect 10-25%
