Meh I know, we should all be thankful to have jobs now a days but let’s talk maybe pre Covid days and or industries not impacted.

You get promoted to a dept management position after slaving pretty hard
(Having to work and now people manage in heavy stress contracts negotiation position which I didn’t have to before) in a position you were already doing above and beyond your normal job description by a mile in a non management position … what increase percentage would you expect?

I got offered 4.5 percent increase in salary and position in a non COVID impacted industry just now and I’m livid to be honest. Beat some sense into me and or let me know what you think a reasonable percentage would be.
