Like Sutter said, it’s about performance, not wins necessarily. I’d say last night was a step back after about 8 or 9 steps forward.

Hockey is a game of parity and bounces. This isn't the NFL or the NBA. No team is getting anywhere close to a perfect record. On any given night in the NHL any team can beat any other team. Picking up 15 out of a potential 20 points is very very good in the NHL.
If you keep playing well in the NHL with consistency your record will eventually reflect that.
