I'll admit, I'm *not* good at projecting players and the future... like... at all.

That said, my gut says that Eikel has Prince Fielder written all over him. I can totally see him not coming back from his neck surgery and being the same player.

Again I have nothing but my gut, which is ... often wrong.

Maybe we dodged a bullet?

But since he's going to Vegas, probably not.
