I'm not sure how many people have heard of the lights that were seen over Phoenix in March of 1997, but it created a stir around the world, as thousands of people witness this strange event. These same types of lights were recently seen over Chicago and also returned to Phoenix earlier this month. Any reports of this type of phenomina north of the border?
