25-35% That's a tad optimistic.
Even at the low end, 25%, That's $2.5M for the next 5 years. In other words $10M and the cap hit to your roster for one first round pick.......ahhhh, Arizona might want at least one more 1st round pick to pay that tab. If they retained $1M/year, that might be a bit more realistic. Bare in mind Toronto had to add a 1st round pick for the Huricanes to eat one year of Patrick Marleau's cap hit which only had one year at $6M IIRC.
