That's the minimum recovery time until you're clear to do everyday activities. After that, it will take more time for Eichel to recover his fitness and core strength before he can resume playing a contact sport. And it would be silly to count on the minimum time in any case.

Could be. But nothing said so far suggests that Buffalo is willing to help out with anybody's cap structure. (Including their own, because Adams seems utterly oblivious to the fact that he has to take on $5 million in an Eichel trade to stay above the floor.)
