Hey Mr. Coffee, fair enough, but you have to remember that its not just so easy for a lot of people to pick up and move. They don't literally have the $$ to. That is one of the challenges of being homeless. Yes, they can hitchhike etc...but that is unsafe, who knows when you will make it there, and that still costs $$ (food, toiletries, etc). Also, a lot of people may not move to Sask if they don't have a job there. As well, you saw the assistance rates I quoted....could you move on that? Let alone feed, house and clothe yourself?
