On rumours...I do market stuff...last week 48hrs before it happened I got all the information for an upcoming trading halt for a small cap company. It was going to be a cap raise at a discount to send one of the company's new drugs to the clinic.
When the stock went into halt I checked the forum pages that follow the company. It always amazes me how 90% of posters are no where close to what's going on, but there are usually one or two that nail exactly what's going to happen.
Moral of the story...the interweb rumours can be spot on.
