Which is kind of the whole point here. I firmly believe that if any team gives up five or six useful pieces for Eichel, they will lose that trade, too.

True… but you don't win by terrifying the opposition. The year that Lindros got his 115 points (the only time he ever broke 100), Forsberg got 116 points and a Stanley Cup ring. Forsberg was also a better defensive player; there's a reason he got Selke votes seven years running, with four top-10 finishes. Between the two of them, I take Forsberg over Lindros.
