I don't totally agree with that statement, but I can live with it. I would argue - shouldn't that be an even bigger reason for why the Flames should go after a franchise center who is locked in long-term without a NTC or NMC?
This is literally the perfect opportunity given the geography and NTC constraints for why the above players are not on the Flames.
