It does confirm that the press box and balcony seats will overhang the upper bowl slightly. If you're sitting at the very top of the upper bowl, you probably won't have a clear view of the scoreboard. It will likely be like sitting in the first few rows of the 300 level at the Saddledome.

But you will probably have fancy new TVs to look at to aid with the view/info etc
