All i am saying is there is a history of suspending coaches, and a history of suspending players pending a hearing. Have a hard time wrapping my head around this one. Maybe there is some rule in the nhl club regulations or whatever govern coach discipline preventing the suspension of a coach pre hearing and this is solely on the panthers, but either way it was an absolutely brutal look for the league last night. By all means do your due diligence and ensure the outcome is fair and based on solid info. But I've never worked anywhere where hr wouldn't have told an employee to take the day off while they investigated an allegation of this magnitude with any degree of existing substantiation.
