Chevy was the AGM. Would you feel comfortable rocking the boat and ratting out your boss for mishandling a sexual misconduct case? He can make the case that he was the lowest on the food chain and was intimidated by his superiors.
Quenville’s role in this is really bad. Chevy’s role is a bit more nuanced.
I still think he resigns.

Chevy had less say at the time, and there’s nothing in the report as bad as with Q or some of the others. Chevy’s biggest issue right now is his denial this year. It was barely an acknowledgement that a meeting even happened.
