I'm not sure how I look at Quenneville as a human being. I guess it really depends on how much information they had. He says - as do they all, I gather, in some way or another - that they were aware of inappropriate behaviour in the sense of making advances and trying to pressure a player into a sexual encounter, but that they didn't know that a sexual assault had actually occurred. If that's true, then his behaviour doesn't reflect well on him.

If, however, they're lying, and they knew the exact details to be what Beach has said they were in the report... well, then yeah, it's hard to come to any other conclusion than "terrible person".
