I can respect your feelings as it's difficult when you find out people involved in an industry you are invested in are guilty of some really bad decision making that hurt some people. In the big picture bad things happen in all industries and all walks of life. This is an easy way to compartmentalize it.
But I don't for one second believe that, in a scenario where nearly an entire executive team knew and did nothing, and an entire team knew and either ignored Beach or made homophobic comments towards him, that this is unique to just this team.
I'd like to believe the NHL has/had more guys like Torchetti and Vincent than Bowman, JQ, McDonough, Toews, and Keith... but I don't right now.
