Agree this statement will rightfully apply to many in/formerly a part of the Blackhawks organization at that time, however there is a probably a point where criminal charges, banishment, and exile for periphery characters in this story would actually result in people in other situations
less likely to speak up and more likely to distance themselves from a situation.
