ADR has never been performed on a hockey player. But that’s because it’s a relatively new procedure.

If the chances of a 100% recovery are high, I don’t see any reason to be too concerned - if guys can get the surgery and go back to laying brick or trade hands in the octagon, I don’t see why they can’t play hockey.
