It was less funny than most of his other specials but he is using his voice to criticize the cancel culture, in what he perceives as "saving comedy" as an art. He has been using his voice and whatever little power he has right now to stand up for a lot of things (George Floyd, inequality).

There is no room for nuance and context in comedy, but that is neither a new phenomenon nor revelation.
