You just hope that it's not Ed Rogers pushing the higher Jays payroll through management and if he gets pushed out then the spending does too. But who knows what's going on behind the scenes. The Rogers family should just take control of the Jays from the company anyway. Corporations shouldn't be allowed to run teams. You need eccentric rich people to be living out their fantasies.
