Honestly? No.
Though I watch on the direct streams, so maybe I'm getting a less crappy feed. But I literally compare both broadcasts when pulling highlights and there's usually no difference in the picture quality. The caveat being when the broadcast has the SN logo in the top right of the screen it's an inferior feed for some reason. That one also features the digital ads behind the nets, so maybe that's the cause of the degradation. It usually has dropped frames and audio skips too.
I would say if anything certain American broadcasts have their white balance and contrast levels off. Also American feeds tend to superimpose more ads on both the ice or the glass near the benches in comparison to SNET.
