From what Sutter's been saying to the press, he hasn't seen enough out of any line combination after the first. On top of that, Pitlick and Monahan are still getting their timing back after extremely limited preseason play. So it looks like he's really going with a 1st line and three 4ths until people step up. Mangiapane has definitely stepped up, but he needs a centreman to earn the spot beside him before you can talk about a definitive 2nd line.
So you might as well say that whichever line Ritchie is on is the de facto 4th line that night. He's played a total of about 31 minutes and hasn't cost the team anything important, so I'm not complaining about his usage until some other forwards separate themselves from the pack. I take it for granted that he will be one of those left behind.
