I went with the black dial ceramic bezel Seamaster Professional myself, they didn't do the white dial at the time.

Pfft, a guy like Jay-Z should have a modular watch winder. I grabbed a WOLF Roadster double winder when they were all over Overstock.com... I need more winder barrels.
