The reaction to Neufeld's statement is a good example. As I said early (and no one answered), what would you rather have him say? He explained the process then, he explained the changes and said allegations of this nature are serious and that they take a victim support approach. He indicated they are advocating for changes of the Police Act and have continued to make transparency and accountability a priority. And YOU reacted by calling him a "piece of garbage".
That reaction is way outside the parameters of reasonable and unbiased.
I can't imagine I'll get a response that isn't snarky, condescending or otherwise meant to engage in healthy conversation. So save it.

You realize that this 'important event' that they're 'taking seriously' happened over 20 years ago? Presumably they've been 'taking it seriously' all of that time? Or just now, when its convenient?

Is Police reform so slow that it can only be measured Geologically?
