- getting to make a post about how much the team/coach/GM sucks after every loss in the PGT
- reminding the board in every thread about how bad the Flames have been over the last x number of years (since we're not aware)
- predicting the Flames fail some how (trade, performance, whatever) and then the chance that you'll be right and getting to say that you told us so

I just dare these people to try living in the present. This isn't 1998-99, this isn't 12-13, this is 21-22. And we don't know how this season ends, and how it unfolds is - contrary to popular belief - not predicated on the result of any season that came before it. Even though there are patterns with the team, every team breaks through at some point after some period of futility.
You don't have to jump in with both feet, but maybe just give the season a chance to unfold before announcing to every one how it will end before its a week old
Because what else can we even do? This is our team, for better or worse. Might as well get behind them.
