Oh come on! One thing this election has shown us is that our requirements are ####. Of course you should have to live in the ward.

Courtney Walcott has worked for years in Ward 8 but lives in Ward 7 (more affordable) but was elected. I don't necessarily think you should have to live in the ward. Voters will determine if you have enough connection with the ward to vote you in.
