I do like Markstrom and his mentality. I am going to give him some rope before I join the mob who are starting to pile on. I was so hopeful about this signing so not ready to write him off yet.

Consistently scoring 3 goals a game would be a huge step in the right direction on this squad let alone 4. I don't care who you have in net, no team is winning consistently enough to make the playoffs when they can't convert on more than 5% of their shots or produce 3 goals a game with some regularity.
I refuse to pin the team's woes yet again on a goaltender, when we have a team with a lack of true finishers highlighted by a $7M dollar center that may not score 12 goals this year.
