I voted no because the right options weren't there, but also on principle because it's a stupid policy to base on public opinion.
Talk to the experts, weigh the pros and cons, and make a decision like we vote you into office to do.
[I feel the same way on Fluoride but voted yes because the scientific consensus is obvious. The consensus on time change is not as obvious so do your jobs and get back to us.]
