Ward 4: I really hope it's not Chu but I'm afraid the revelation came to late... I'm going to say Kelly thou because I want to help put that out into the universe.
Ward 5: Sandhu
Ward 6: Pootmans
Ward 7: McRae
Ward 8: Bobrovitz (purely on the basis of name recognition)
Ward 9: Carra
Ward 10: Chabot
Ward 11: Branagan
Ward 12: Spencer
Ward 13: DCU

Fluoride: Yes 60%
Time Change: Yes - 60% (I'm a "no" but I know lot's of people who hate changing clocks)
