Sorry, just a pet peave of mine. In the CFL you do not get a point for missing a field goal. When you miss a field goal, the receiving team has the option of playing the ball, or conceeding the point in order to get certain field position. It adds an element to the game that is lacking in the NFL.

And as somebody who understands the CFL- I can see that many of the rule changes for this year were put in place to add some excitement to the kicking game. Take away the option to conceed the point, and you take all of that away.

Don't get me wrong; I now consider myself more of an NFL fan than CFL. But I can still appreciate the qualities of the game.
