As long as you can access them.
The butt plug that developed my basement (before I bought) closed off the lines to where I keep my TV, Stereo, PS2 etc...(Man Room ??)
I only discovered this after freezing my a$$ off for two winters and finally shoving my webcam into the ducting and have a look around.
Now I have to cut holes in my ceiling to open them up.
Not a big deal just more work for me.......
