Whew - I screwed up the question a bit, but I'm saved because the 1948 title game was held in Philadelphia's Shibe Park (apparently during a blizzard).
I'll correct the question because it should be "...to visit the Bears and win..." (since I forgot the Bears weren't the only team in that city)
