The thing with both Tkachuks is that neither of them have really progressed at all in the past 3 years.
Both of them hit their career high 3 years ago.
Brayden Point produces almost twice as much as only gets 1.2 mill per season more. Point's contract is almost entirely UFA years. Brady's is mostly RFA.
How is Ottawa supposed to compete with Tampa when the contract disparity is this huge.
