Yeah, I just put it in as a "ceiling" style deal, and even note that. It was more about what it would take to make the salary cap work this year/also supplying enough assets to make the deal.
If you use the "asking for the equivalent to four first round picks" the deal could very well be Pelletier, Zary, Monahan + 1st or 2nd depending on what you value Monahan as, but yes - Eichel is going to cost a lot.
On the Lucic front, Buffalo taking him and retaining 50% and flipping doesn't seem "crazy" to me - as Buffalo is also facing the fact that they need to maintain the salary cap floor. We also know to some degree (rumoured) that Pittsburgh was interested in Lucic this summer.
