We're going to do some work in our basement, and I want to bring all the runs down to the floor (instead of having them in the ceiling). I've been told that this makes a difference in the basement (it's a walkout).

Anyway, he's charging $150 per run, and there's 6 or 7 runs. Is that a reasonable cost?
