2) Make full screen
3) Hit the windows button (beside ALT) + G
4) Hit the record button

Basically it's a built in stream recorder for gamers. Recordings seem to cutoff after 2 hours and given how poor the steams are I usually have someone in my house to check it and reset the recording if things freeze etc.

So this worked perfectly!
