This is good advice as well. I've noticed that I can get quite warm with VR.
Adding to your post, a nice ice cold drink to stay hydrated and cool is helpful as well. I find I get thirsty quite easily when playing with VR headsets for an extended period of time. I think it's warmer and you sweat more when in VR.
