Start off with stuff that doesn't cause you to forget you're in VR? Like short concerts and short video clips to build up a tolerance? You'd also choose these so you can choose when you want to start looking around vs being forced to look around and getting the spins.

Motion sickness wise, ginger gravol should work fine. Or get some hot ginger type drinks to help ease you in?

Off topic, I've been super intrigued by wearable subwoofers that are like early gen haptic suits. BHaptics and Woojer are the ones I've been loosely following for a few years now, but I could never justify the costs. Mainly I'd be interested in them for gaming and possibly movies vs some of the advertised usage for music which is hit or miss depending on genre. Does anyone else have experience with these subwoofer vests?

Side note, I hear that pairing up these wearable subwoofers really add to the immersion level of VR.
