8 of 32 teams in the PO's is fine by me. I only want a one game playoff if two teams tie.

Without a salary cap to ensure all teams are competitive this would return things back to they were prior to 2013. I feel like with the extra chance more teams are willing to try and field competing teams (ie giving AL East a chance to compete and still have Red Sox/Yankees in almost every year). Just change the wildcard series to 3 games and make the regular season 160 games.
