Nick DeSimone (D), Kevin Gravel (D), Matthew Phillips (RW) and Andy Welinski (D) have been placed on waivers for the purpose of being assigned to Stockton.
The Flames have 31 players remaining at training camp (3 goalies, 10 defenceman, and 18 forwards).
