In the end, who really cares? Most people are passing to fast to be pervs about it. It's natural thing everyone does, we let dogs piss everywhere, why is it such a big deal to stop and relive yourself? As long as you aren't pissing all over walls and light posts it's pretty zero impact.
Women can buy devices that make it a lot easier, but it is one more thing to carry.
