For the regular season, it should have been an hour at most and likely a half hour. Caller calls in, makes their point and then you disconnect the call and comment on the callers opinion. The feedback loop of circular comments and 10 minute arguments with drunk people really took away from the show. Kerr was much better at cutting things short. Strindberg is way too nice and let’s things carry on.
On top of that, from a straight HR perspective. The show makes no money and Steinberg ends up accruing so much OT that he has to take the entire summer off when they’re struggling for content and running with an amateur hour crew.
Was shocked they didn’t make this change long ago.

Overtime was sometimes 15 minutes long. It was the usual callers and that was it.
