This makes it required for all "eligible" businesses in the city to require proof of vaccination/recent negative test/medical exemption letter. It isn't optional like at the provincial level.
I'm curious because of the wording. So let's say a Dominos Pizza that has no dining room or lounge would only offer delivery or take-out by design doesn't have to, whereas say a Boston Pizza that has a lounge and dining room as well as delivery and takeout has to implement? Or if they close their dining room and lounge, they can operate as a take-out and delivery operation only? Because then I don't see how this does anything except allow enforcement by city and bylaw officials.
