I guess it would be somewhat of an investment and a place to visit once or twice a year. We would consider renting it out when we weren't there.
The smallness of the island actually appeals to me. It would mean that you could see a lot in your time there.
Is the property market stagnent though? I have noticed that realtors from there have started advertising out here now which could affect the market in a positive way.
Above all, I'm just intrigued by the idea of having a place I can afford, by the ocean. (I grew up overlooking the ocean you see.)
