I think he's been a horrid trading GM since 2018.
Ever since Brian Burke left, Brad Treliving hasn't made a single good trade. The closest thing he has to a win is Milan Lucic, which he milked a 3rd out of - but even that vanishes into the ether as Brad spends 3rd and 4th round picks on bad hockey players yearly.
