The entrance was always going to be there. It's been there in every rendering since the very first. Put it where you're suggesting and you move it an additional two blocks further from the BMO when the whole area is meant to be a cohesive district. Instead of being in the middle of the cultural and entertainment district, it's then at the very edge next to the residential district. It just doesn't make sense.

? There could still be an entrance there obviously, it's just the public activation that is in a stupid spot.
The BMO centre is the problem, it's loading docks are oriented towards that corner. There's not really much anyone can do about that.
