I guess we'll see what they do with the space, which, again, has nothing to do with the event centre. Just because there isn't a building there doesn't mean it will be dead space. I find it confusing that you hold both the position that CMLC was a key component in activating the surrounding space and their removal was an issue, but you don't trust them now to activate the surrounding space which they are still responsible for.

The entrance was always going to be there. It's been there in every rendering since the very first. Put it where you're suggesting and you move it an additional two blocks further from the BMO when the whole area is meant to be a cohesive district. Instead of being in the middle of the cultural and entertainment district, it's then at the very edge next to the residential district. It just doesn't make sense.
